Starship models at the Google 3d Warehouse
There's quite a few spaceship models at the Trimble 3D warehouse. http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/. Most will require conversion from SKP format (Sketchup) but some are in DAE format (Collada), which is easier to convert (in my opinion). The quality varies as these are user generated models.
