    That's quite a small beamer screen.

    I think I see a visual bug on the radar of the last photo? (squares around nebulea?)

    Light! SO MUCH LIGHT! We always turn the lights in the room off. Then again, our touchscreens are a bit hard to read with full light...

    All of these screens are dell 15" monitors (5:4), except the laptop I had to swap out due to server issues. I have some larger Dell 17" (5:4) screens but I'm trying to keep my setup smaller to be able to move and load easier.

    Yes, that is a visual bug.

    We were in the gaming room with Board & console games, so we didn't have any control over the lights. Some conventions we are able to turn down the lights. The monitors I use don't have problems with the lights.
    I'm working on plans to have an enclosed bridge for these types of rooms. Right now I'm trying to make it compact and light (and cheap), which presents its own challenges.

    I've been considering getting a Pop-Up Canopy like this one http://www.lowes.com/pd_609527-52741-TSF1212-RE_1z0s8cb__?productId=50329181&pl=1 and make some cloth walls.

    Good idea, it will help reduce the light and also help immersion if you do open-space conventions. But if you get it, give it a ship name :)
