Blacklisted errors

I am looking into the Blacklisted errors that pop up. So far I've seen this on my SmartPhone when using 4G. Didn't happen when I was on Wi-Fi at home.
Will update once I track down the cause.

    So far it looks like mod_spamhaus is causing this message to popup. Might be due to spammers using mobile services like AT&T to send out spam emails or post spam to forums.

    The pop-up message should not keep you from registering, logging in, and posting. I will be disabling the mod in the near future.

    The Blacklisted errors should be gone now. I also implemented an Anti-spam plugin, but for now, all new users have to be approved.
